nasib baik sgt mommy lyna online.. tanya khabar fahry serba sikit, then trus straight cerita prob mama kat dia.. walaupun mama tau dia masih risaukan fahry, tp dia baik hati sgt sbb sudi layan masalah mama...

drinking enough fluids
Part of the healthy diet for breastfeeding mother includes drinking enough water and other fluids. Breastfeeding mothers should drink to satisfy thirst. It's recommended that a breastfeeding mother drink at least 8 cups of water per day however fluid intake should be regulated by an individual's thirst.

A good way to remember to drink enough is to take a few sips every time you sit down to nurse your baby. Grab something to drink while nursing or keep a water bottle near your favorite breastfeeding chair.

Constipation may be a sign that you're not drinking enough fluids. If you're experiencing hard, dry stools, increase fluids and try to increase your fiber intake (fresh fruits and raw vegetables, and whole grains). A natural way to relieve severe constipation is drinking Senna Leaf Tea and make sure to drink a lot of fluids!

There is no proof that drinking more fluids will increase milk supply. Drinking huge amounts will actually cause you to produce less milk.

Women who are trying to lower their milk supply should not lower their fluid intake as that will cause less urine output NOT less milk flow.

nampak x yg mama boldkan tu?? kalau nak tau, selama nie mama telan more than 9l air masak everyday!! no wonder la urine mama smp jernih... so starting yesterday, mama dah kurangkan consume air masak, xmo dah minum byk2...

emma for me yg paling berkesan sgt nak increase milk adalah minum air horlicks. lepas tu makan obimin + vitamin c + kalsium..dan minum jugak low fat milk tu every morning. mmg berkesan lah..kehkeh..tp sekarang ni husayn dah nak 2 years pon dia still fully breastfeeding on weekend ataupon time kita coti..cuma kt rumah babysitter je la dia susu tin sebab maknya ni pon dah bersara dari operasi memerah..haha..anyway semoga berjaya dan jangan berputus asa ya!

air kene minum at least 8 GELAS sehari, bersamaan 1.5L sehari (botol sit mineral besar), bukan 8L sehari. padanlaa dia pi bantai sampai 9L.

ehh, tapi byk betul laa minum sampai 9L... kiter minum 3L jer sehari (2L kat opis, selebihnya di rumah)...

anyway, hopefully production makin OK...
